Rozemarijn in ’t Veld  is a script coach and dramaturg, specialising in the development of screenplays for film and television drama. With a strong sense of structure and a deep understanding of character development, she helps writers uncover what truly drives their story and how to shape it into a sharp, layered and meaningful narrative.

After graduating from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2007, she worked as a production manager and line producer on various feature films and drama series. In 2012, she shifted her focus fully to script development and pursued further training at institutions including Binger Filmlab, Sources 2 and the Scenariovakschool. As an in-house story editor at producer PRPL, she was closely involved for an extended period in the development of award-winning international feature films.

Since 2021, Rozemarijn has been working as a freelance script coach across a wide range of drama projects and clients. She works with both emerging and established writers and directors on the development of feature films, drama series, short films and animation, and also provides guidance during the editing and sound editing process. In addition, she is a guest lecturer at the Netherlands Film Academy and the Scenariovakschool, and serves as a fiction committee member for the NPO Fund.
